Originally established in the 1980's and added to in the 90's the recently re-furbished and re-branded salons are owned by stalwarts of British Hairdressing Frank and Liz Shipton whose dedication shown in progressing the Style Collection team is second to none. Having both trained and had separate salons in South Wales they built on their own personal achievements in the national and international competition world by passing on that knowledge, not only with success to their own team, also to many other hairdressers throughout the country.

With each having nearly 40 years of experience Frank and Liz Shipton have and continue to be very involved within the hairdressing industry and it's many organizations, particularly the Fellowship for British hairdressing. A " Fellow with Distinction", Frank has held many offices, including World Cup Team trainer and F.A.M.E. Team manager, he currently holds the position of Chairman, whilst Liz, a "Fellow with Honours" and the Style Collection Art Team are consistently showcasing their work at the many Master classes, Workshops, Seminars and Shows that the Fellowship hosts.

The Team is also successfully involved in photo shoots and makeovers for both the trade and consumer press and Liz's expertise in the art of long hair has seen her become a guest trainer to many salons.

Liz and Frank also run personalized and individual training programmes, which are run on a one to one basis, on all aspects of hairdressing.
